Rodolfo was born in San Diego and raised in Mazatlan, Mexico. He graduated from Monterrey Tech Institute of Technology with a bachelor in Engineering and received a Master from UC Berkeley in Project Management with emphasis on Real Estate Development. Rodolfo worked in the development of large public and private projects in the area of San Diego County, Baja, including Cabo San Lucas and North of Baja. As a real estate developer in Mexico he has worked on both condo and income producing properties. Rodolfo has a great understanding of what foreign luxury buyers look for and want in the region. An entrepreneur, he has his own property maintenance and concierge services company that caters to clients in the region, specifically North County.
