With nearly 10 years in the real estate business, Carly Anderson has assisted hundreds of families in the sale and acquisition of their properties in Southern California. Her body of work spans San Diego County with an emphasis on first time home buyers.
Her personal philosophy defines her success: Developing personal relationships with buyers and sellers is the only true path to understanding a family’s needs and dreams and thereby identifying the most ideal property or home they seek.
Prior to joining the Kramer & Martin team, Carly got her start in the mortgage industry with a top producing broker in Solana Beach. Realizing that she wanted to help her clients find their dream homes, she transitioned to Real Estate as a transaction coordinator, learning all aspects of a real estate transaction. Obtaining her license in 2007, Carly honed her real estate knowledge under the Kramer & Martin team with Prudential California Realty. Her attention to detail and in depth knowledge of the loan and real estate transaction process has aided her rapid development as a real estate professional.
Born in Los Angeles and educated in San Diego, Carly and her husband Nick currently reside in North County San Diego. They share their time with their two daughters, Charlotte and Willow. In her free time, Carly enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling and snowboarding.
