A bit about us. (But around here, it’s really all about you.)

Patricia has been a real estate professional for nearly three decades, beginning her career in the redevelopment of Downtown San Diego’s Centre City and Gaslamp Quarter districts. She later relocated to Rancho Santa Fe where she worked for two other brokerages before co-founding the Kramer & Martin team – now part of Prudential California Realty. Patricia and her partner Lou Martin have consistently earned top producer awards and have achieved the highest distinctions in sales excellence. They are also active volunteers in several charities in the area. When Patricia isn’t conducting real estate transactions and touring homes, she often indulges in another passion: touring Europe.

A long-time San Diego resident, Lou owned and operated two restaurants and a seafood processing business with more than 150 employees prior to embarking on a career in residential real estate. Like her partner, Patricia Kramer, Lou worked for two other luxury home brokerages before co-founding Kramer & Martin. Together, they specialize in coastal properties and are known for selling some of the largest oceanfront properties in California, including the highest priced home in the state. They are also known for their generosity: Recently they presented a $5,000 check to the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Along with running her real estate business, Lou loves golfing, traveling and spending time with her family (but certainly not in that order).

Patricia Kramer and Patricia Lou Martin are committed to a number of causes and charities including Casa de Amparo, TH Center for Children, California Young Playwrights Project, The Fairbanks Republican Women, The Beach and Country Guild, and the Helen Woodward Animal Care Center.

Greg Schwaderer - Sales Associate

Greg was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan and graduated from the University of Arizona. After college, he worked for Tommy Armour Golf Company and later for TaylorMade-Adidas. However, once he joined Kramer & Martin, it became apparent that he was tailor-made for the real estate business. Greg sold nearly $20 million in residential real estate in his first 10 months alone. An avid golfer, he holds the current two-time champion title at Fairbanks Ranch Country Club. It just goes to show, nice guys can finish first.

Julie Pinney - Sales Associate

Julie Pinney, a well known name in Del Mar real estate and a resident of Old Del Mar since 1975, has consistently been a top producer and award winning agent for 30 years.  Locally, she has served as a member of the City of Del Mar’s Planning Commission, Design Review Board, and Village Committee.  Her vast knowledge of Del Mar history is priceless to clients looking to buy or sell in this unique market.  Her passion for art and culture have helped distinguish her career.  She is a former member of the San Diego Port Commission’s Public Arts Advisory Board.  Prior to her career in real estate, as a graduate of UCLA and majoring in Anthropology, Julie bought and sold Primitive as well as Contemporary Art.  Her reputation and expertise in art and design have led to listing and selling properties by well known architects such as Batter Kay Associates and Bokal-Snead.  Her knowledge of Del Mar real estate has developed over many years of building relationships and understanding the intricacies of this complex and sophisticated market.

 Cathleen Shera- Sales Associate

Since 1985, Cathleen Shera has co-managed three real estate development companies, her own successful residential Interior Design Firms; both in Sacramento and San Diego, and devoted much time to raising her family while volunteering on many philanthropic boards and organizations. Recently, she initiated the San Diego Chapter of Children Uniting Nations, a non-profit dedicated to mentoring California’s foster children and at risk youth. Cathleen’s innate understanding of environment, lifestyle and amenities on each buyer’s wish list is truly a gift that translates into an unparalleled marketing phenomenon when working to find the perfect blend of form and function in real estate for her clients. With over 25 years of real estate development, architectural and interior design, and her education from SDSU and CSUS in real estate marketing, Cathleen brings a unique perspective to the Kramer & Martin Team.

Carly Anderson- Office Administrator

A San Diego resident for 19 years, Carly is Kramer & Martin's office administrator and definitely the Go-To Gal. Carly is a licensed Notary Public as well as a licensed Real Estate agent, but team support is her main focus. She and her husband Nick have just welcomed the newest addition to their family (as well as the Kramer & Martin family) with the birth of their beautiful baby girl. Born August 9, 2008, Charlotte Rose Anderson is keeping her parents on their toes, growing in different ways every day. When Carly isn't taking care of her little one, she enjoys snowboarding, hiking and scrapbooking (she's obviously young and energetic...) as well as spending time with friends and family.
